Message	if you fail, which I have already failed (the form was my second try), you are put on the "gross polluter" list, which makes you have to go to a test only station from that point on. It is an annoyance coming back and forth trying to pass. Most test stations charge about $70 + $10 electronic transfer fee and if you fail you get 1 or 2 chances for a free retest. After that you have to pay again. Other than that, you can try to find a shady shop, bribe the tech $200-$300 and hope that they pass you.
